The Virus of 2020

*
Covid-19 is a virus that has put the whole world into a state of panic, leading to the deterioration of the economy.  Some people lost their jobs, and their debts increased.  Others lost their lives, and some lost a person dear to them.

Some have been in quarantine with those they love and have had plenty of time to stay with their families, and others have been far from those they love and have been unable to see them due to the pandemic.

But sometimes good comes from something bad. Due to all these changes, the country tried to move things online, and many people got to work at home so they would not catch the virus. There was also a girl who wanted to continue her studies, but when she moved far from her school she had to stop. Covid-19 made online learning possible, and now that girl has the opportunity to study English again. That girl is me!
