My Coffee Makes Me Sad

Dear Coffee,

You know how good I feel when I wake up in the morning, brush my teeth, and have my shower, knowing after that, just before I step out the door, I will be having a nice cup of you on the table, waiting for me. But for some reason or other, this morning when I went to have my sweet-tasting coffee, there was none there. I just want to let you know that I was very disappointed about leaving the house without you. I was confused all day long. I could not get anything done right. Anyway, I tried to make it through the day, and everything is okay for now. I forgive you, just because it was the first time. But if it should happen again, and I hope not, you will be fired.

Sincerely,
Dudley
